Alice is New York-based commercial lawyer. 

Alice is the author of ‘Multistate Bar Examination: Data, Analysis, and Ranking (2023)‘, which analyzes Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) results and uses that analysis to rank America’s top law schools and the graduates of those and other law schools; stratification that is far more accurate than law school grades.  She also authored the eBook ‘Achieving Diversity in College Admissions Without Regard to Race and Why it Matters‘, which addresses the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College   addresses the socially and politically sensitive issue of diversity in the American educational landscape. Additionally, her publication ‘Asians Underperform on Professional Licensing Examinations: Implications for the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)’, which discusses why Asians’ performance on MBE and the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) must be considered when evaluating SAT results in the college admissions process.
